Welcome to the 2008 Carson Christmas card. Sue and I hope all is well with you and yours. Jade and Anna are now 13 and 9, and my grandson Elijah is 13. I hope that your holiday is a good one and that 2009 is a good year for both of us. But we all have our doubts about how good the economy will be. So far, we have "weathered" the economic downturn. I recently completed work through Citygate Associates with San Diego County and Sacramento County in California and I am currently working with Solano County, California and Ogden, Utah.
I will also be featured in the Public Broadcasting System documentary "Making Sense of Place: Portland" and will have an article published in "Planning Magazine" about best management practices. Both will come out early Spring. It's nice to be doing what you want!
